3. Refunds and Cancellations
- Online Courses, Classes & Workshops : If you are unsatisfied with an online class, workshop, or course, you may request a refund within 3 days of purchase. Refunds will not be issued beyond this period unless the class is canceled or rescheduled by OM Yoga International.
- Membership Subscriptions : Our memberships are billed on a recurring basis. While you can cancel your membership at any time, no refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the subscription. After cancellation, you will continue to have access until the end of the current billing period.
- Products : If you receive a defective or damaged product, you may return it within 7 days of receipt for a replacement or refund. The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Refunds for eligible products will be processed to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- Special Events or Retreats : For retreats or special events, specific refund policies will be provided at the time of booking. Generally, cancellations made at least 3 days before the event will receive a partial refund. Cancellations within 7 days of the event may not be eligible for a refund.
